Ascend (Pepperjam) - Adding Your Credentials to FMTC

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to find your Ascend (Pepperjam) credentials and add them to FMTC. By following these steps, your merchant relationship statuses will automatically sync (once every 24 hours) with FMTC.

These instructions explain how to:

Add your network ID.

Add your MerchantSync credentials*

*You must add your network ID before you can set up MerchantSync.

To add your Ascend (Pepperjam) network ID to your FMTC account, start here.

1. Login to the Ascend (Pepperjam) publisher dashboard - https://www.ascendpartner.com/

2. Copy the number in parentheses

3. Go to your FMTC dashboard - https://account.fmtc.co/cp/dash

4. Click "Relationships" then “Manage Network IDs”

5. Under US Affiliate Networks, click in the "Ascend (Pepperjam) (ASC)" box, add your publisher ID, then click "Save"

Nice job: you added your Ascend (Pepperjam) publisher ID to FMTC!

To set up MerchantSync for Ascend (Pepperjam), first add your publisher ID, then proceed from here.

6. Go to the Ascend (Pepperjam) publisher dashboard - https://www.ascendpartner.com/

7. Click “Resources” then “API Keys”

8. Copy your API Key

9. Go to your FMTC dashboard - https://account.fmtc.co/cp/dash

10. Click "Relationships" then "MerchantSync"

11. Scroll down to Status. Toggle “Sync network relationships with FMTC” on (On = Green). *This setting applies to all networks; you only have to toggle this on once.

12. Click the Ascend by Partnerize logo

13. Click “Edit” and paste your API Key into the API Key box

14. Click “Save”

15. Click “Sync” - if setup correctly, a green confirmation box and the quantity of merchants synced is shown

Now that MerchantSync is set up, your merchant relationship statuses will automatically sync (once every 24 hours) with FMTC.
